FANKADO CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Program Overview

The Fankado Customer Referral Program (the “Program”) allows registered Fankado users (“Referrers”) to earn rewards by referring friends who make qualifying purchases on the platform. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. How It Works

  1. Invite Friends. Share your unique referral link found in your Fankado account dashboard.
  2. Your Friend Purchases. When a referred friend signs up and makes a qualifying purchase of $25 or more, both you and your friend receive $25 in Fankado Credits.
  3. Use Credits. Credits may be applied toward eligible purchases on Fankado.

3. Program Details

  1. Eligibility. Open to all registered Fankado users in good standing.
  2. Reward Amount. $25 in Fankado Credit to both the Referrer and the referred friend upon a qualifying purchase.
  3. Qualifying Purchase: A cash purchase of $25 or more made by a new customer, and is limited to one purchase per new customer.
  4. Credit Expiration. Credits expire 60 days after the date they are issued.
  5. Credit Maximum. Users may hold no more than $250 in Fankado Credits at any time.
  6. Limitations. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fabricated identities, or fraudulent activity are prohibited. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Fankado may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
  7. Taxes. Rewards may be subject to taxes where applicable. Users are responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations.
  8. Fraud & Abuse. Fankado may withhold, revoke, or reverse credits in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
  9. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

4. How to Participate

Access the “Referral Program” link in the site footer or through your account dashboard. Follow the on-screen instructions to share your referral link and track your rewards.

5. Additional Terms

Participation in the Program is subject to the Fankado Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
